Old-Fashioned

Quite possibly the oldest cocktail in American history, and a drink that goes down quite smoothly!  Given its long history, there is quite a bit of contention over the ‘true’ way to make it. Well, given just that, there are many true ways to make the classic cocktail.  Here’s one of them. Ingredients:

2 oz Bourbon
1 sugarcube
1 -2 teaspoons water
2 dahses Angestora Bitters
1 orange wheel or rind, and a cherry

Directions:

Dissolve the sugarcube in the water and bitters, crush if necessary.   Add 2-3 cubes of ice and pour in bourbon.  Garnish with orange and cherry.
